Matt Bunyi is the Director of Executive Education and Strategic Initiatives at the Sanford School of Public Policy. Matt leads the implementation of open enrollment and custom-designed executive education programming for DCID. Prior to his work with DCID, Matt managed research projects in India, overseeing randomized field experiments and process evaluations relating to government cash transfer programs in India. Before his work at Duke University, he was a Policy and Training Manager at J-PAL South Asia in New Delhi, India. He served as a Peace Corps volunteer in East Java, Indonesia, working in high schools to improve teacher training and partnering with the local government to support community health. He holds a Master of Public Policy from Duke University’s Sanford School of Public Policy.

Meet Our Staff
Mirna Dave serves as a Senior Program Coordinator for the Executive Education team at the Sanford School of Public Policy and Duke Center for International Development (DCID). She implements open-enrollment and custom-designed executive education programming for mid-career government officials and professionals from around the world. Mirna graduated from North Carolina State University (NCSU) with a BS in Biological Sciences and a BA in International Studies with a concentration in East and Southeast Asia. During her time at NCSU, she also studied abroad at the American University of Sharjah in the UAE. When she isn’t working, Mirna enjoys spending time with her family in Cary, NC.
